This Privacy Policy explains how Plaibo ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our iOS app and related services (the "Service"). We aim to collect only what we need to operate the Service.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: identifier provided by Sign in with Apple or Google, email address (for email sign-in), display name and avatar you choose.
- Profile information: optional details such as bio, gender, and interests.
- User content: images, 3D models, apps, games, comments and messages you create or publish.
- Purchase information: records of credit purchases processed by Apple (we never see your payment card details).
- Usage and device data: basic logs needed for security and reliability (such as crash and error logs).
We do not collect precise location, and we do not use cross-app or cross-website tracking.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to: operate and personalize the Service; process purchases and credit balances; deliver emails you request (such as sign-in codes); provide AI generation features; moderate content and enforce our Terms; and maintain security and reliability.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (such as cloud hosting and email delivery); Apple/Google as needed to process sign-in and purchases; and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at support@plaibo.com if you believe a child under 13 has provided us information.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account from the app; upon deletion we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your region (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app account tools or contact us at support@plaibo.com. We will respond without undue delay.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards (including encrypted transport) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app before they take effect.
